 On Friday 20th November 2020 we had cricket. We did a practice. We played  a game and it was like the game tag, but we had a ball and we had to try to tag people with it. When you get tagged you stand in a T shape, you wait until another player tags you and your class there are 3 tagers.Many people got tagged a lot  especially me. Our second game was to throw the ball up high in the air and try and make the person from the other team to catch the ball so they can come to our side the point of the game was to get more people on your side.

Kiwi Can!

 At kiwi can today.We had played Direction game,but a blindfold was on one person in each team.Each team required 3 people.In our team it was Sosefina and Foli.

I went first and Foli was helping me.Well Sosefina was calling out the directions.From the other side.We had to try go threw obsticles without touching them which was pretty hard.

Paper plane competiton!

On Friday the 6th of November our class had a paper plane competition.Their were 7 rounds total.Williw won,one round and Charles won one round as well.But the ones who had won the competition were Sosefina and Amaia.

They won five games.Me and Foli were in a team and we created a World record paper plane.The games were if you got in a place you had to vs Mr Botha.Which Mr botha had nearly beat Amaia and Sosefina.

Music lessons with Mrs. Mitchel

 

On Tuesday, We had Music lessons with mrs. Mitchel. We got these Flutes to play the song, the songs we played were "Copy the rythm, Little Melody, Whats for dinner and Play a B".We were practicing in play time when it was raining, I had so much fun having Music lessons with Mrs. Mitchel!

Today in my class, we made Moari art to represent New Zealand. The art that we made was our mountain,"Mount Wellington" we wanted to show that we love our country very much.

So today I drew Maori words on the left and English for the Right, I wrote down 5 days in english to moari on the paper work.

Today in class Mrs T came into our class to play kahoot with us, we would have to answer quizzes with shapes, next to the shapes is answer's to choose from.

At Kiwi Can

At Kiwi Can we were playing a listening game with Mrs.Grace 
but Mr. Manu was sick so he couldn't come. We had to listen to 
Mrs. grace and what ever she said we had to do but if we were 

to slow we had to sit back down on the floor/mat. We were doing our catch phrase it was called positive communication. Ray calls it around the clock because it feels like your doing the action of a clock.

Kia Ora my name is Helen, I go to Ruapotaka School. My teacher is Mr.Botha and I am in year 5. My culture is Tongan and Samoan. I have a Mum, Dad and Little baby brother. I like playing with my cloudy slime and I like to draw. I would like to improve my Writing and Math.
